Beginning February 15th, you can register for Spring 2008 Lab Classes at TechniTrader®. Below is a preview of the classes that will be available for registration. We will offer special pricing for early registration.

Class 1:

The Interrelationships between Various Market Cycles and Patterns and their Impact on Interest Rates, Inflation, The Dow Cycle, and Global Economies

Experience Level: New investor to Experienced Trader

A "Market" is a term that refers to a place, either real or virtual, where an investment instrument is bought or sold. An investment instrument can be bonds, stocks, mutual funds, ETF's, commodities, options, futures, real estate, etc. For instance, Commodities are bought and sold in futures and options markets. By understanding the relationship between commodities and currencies or interest rates and the Dow Industrial Average, all investors and traders will be able to significantly improve their ability to choose the correct investment instrument and the duration of time to hold that instrument before selling it to maximize the potential profits from investing and or trading.



Class 2:

Stock Market Basics

Experience Level: This is a Core Market Knowledge Basics Lab Class designed specifically for the new investor or novice trader.

The Lab Class starts with a fascinating look at the history behind stocks, why stocks are important investments, what kind of stocks to trade, an explanation of the Dow. You will learn the basics of stocks, what kinds of stocks you can invest or trade and how to know where to find good stocks without relying on a guru or analysts recommendation. This Lab Class is designed for the new and novice investor who just wants facts and basics to help them understand the stock market better.

 

Class 3:

So what is Disciplined Trading or Investing?

Experience Level: All levels. This Lab Class will help anyone who wants to improve their financial future.

If you've ever read a stock book or gone to a seminar you have heard or read that you should be disciplined in your buying and selling decisions. But what does that really mean and how can you achieve discipline? This Lab Class takes you step by step through the process of how you can become a highly disciplined trader or investor. It explores the psychology behind investing and why some people are highly successful while others are not. If you have struggled with consistency and confidence in your trading or investing, this Lab Class is the answer.

Class 4:

New Technology Cycle Lab Class Part II: How this cycle impacts Stock Prices

Experience Level: All Levels. This Lab Class is the second semester of the New Technology Cycle Lab that started last semester.

Now that you understand the phases of the New Technology Product Cycle this second half of the Lab Class will explore how, why, and when stock prices are affected by this all encompassing cycle. Learn how to identify chart patterns that reveal where a stock is in its product cycle. Learn how to identify early that the stock is on the cusp of a major downside reversal. Learn when to buy into stocks early in the cycle to increase your profitability. This Lab Class will help both the long term investor and traders buy and sell at the right time.

Class 5:

Market Trend Lab Class

Experience Level: Intermediate to Advanced traders.

The Market Trend Lab Class is a more advanced study of trendlines, trendline patterns, interpretation and analysis of trend. This lab class explores the Angle of Ascent, trend reversals, support and resistance, for the primary, intermediate, and short term trends. Traders who want to take their chart analysis skills to the professional level should take this lab class.

You can ask questions and get accurate and reliable answers from our Guidance Team - quickly.  All questions will be answered either in the next lab class or by email personally, back to you.  This is a concentrated learning environment, unique from any education available in our industry.

Our C.M.T. and our Guidance Team will use Charts, Diagrams, Graphs, Text, and Interaction to teach the Lab Class concepts to you.  You are encouraged to actively participate in Lab Classes by completing assigned homework and evaluating your answers in the following lab class homework review portion of the lesson.

Each week, Lab Class lessons are posted to the LAB CLASS WEBSITE.  As new lessons are posted, the previous week’s lesson is archived. Lab Class participants can print the lessons, charts, diagrams, and homework assignments for their own personal use.  This is your training and we want you to have it for future reference.
